By purchasing or using the product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and following all warnings, instructions, limitations, and manufacturer-provided guidance applicable to the product.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
A baby's safety must always take priority over convenience or comfort.
The Cozy Cradle™ hoodie should only be used in the manner expressly authorized by its manufacturer and according to the instructions supplied with the product.
Do not use the product in any manner that has not been specifically approved by the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT — PRODUCT SUPPORT CLASSIFICATION
USE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT CERTIFIED AS A STANDALONE INFANT CARRIER:
Cozy Cradle™ is NOT a standalone baby carrier and is not intended by itself to support, restrain, suspend, or carry the full weight of an infant.
When carrying a baby, the child must be independently and properly supported using an appropriate baby carrier, sling, wrap, or other support system that is specifically designed and approved for infant carrying.
The hoodie, pouch, fabric, zipper, or other garment components must never be relied upon as the baby's sole means of support.
Do not place an unsupported infant inside the hoodie or pouch.
ONLY IF YOU POSSESS DOCUMENTATION CONFIRMING THAT THE PRODUCT IS LEGALLY DESIGNED, TESTED, AND CERTIFIED AS AN INFANT CARRIER, replace the section above with the manufacturer's exact intended-use language, weight range, age range, positioning instructions, required warnings, and applicable certification information.
Do not describe Cozy Cradle™ as a certified infant carrier unless you possess documentation establishing that certification.
ADULT USE ONLY
The product must only be worn and operated by a responsible adult who:
-
Has read and understood all instructions and warnings.
-
Is physically capable of safely supporting and monitoring the child.
-
Is able to continuously observe the baby's position and breathing.

Never allow a child to operate, wear, adjust, or use the product to carry another child.
ALWAYS SUPPORT YOUR BABY
Unless the product has been specifically certified by the manufacturer as a standalone carrier, always maintain proper independent support for the baby.
Do not assume that the pouch, zipper, fleece, seams, pockets, elastic, drawstrings, or other garment materials are designed to bear an infant's full body weight.
Always use both hands when inserting, removing, repositioning, or adjusting a baby.
Never intentionally test the product by releasing your support to determine whether it can hold a child.
AIRWAY AND POSITIONING WARNING
Improper positioning of an infant can result in serious injury or death.
At all times:
-
Keep the baby's face visible and unobstructed.
-
Ensure the baby's nose and mouth remain completely uncovered.
-
Never allow fleece, clothing, blankets, the caregiver's body, the hood, pouch material, or other fabric to cover the baby's face.
-
Regularly check the baby's breathing and position.
-
Ensure the baby's chin is not forced tightly against the chest.
-
Do not place the baby unusually low inside the garment.
-
Do not compress the baby's face against the caregiver's body.
-
Immediately reposition or remove the baby if breathing appears restricted or if the baby's position changes unexpectedly.
Extra care should be taken with newborns, premature infants, infants with low birth weight, and infants with respiratory, muscular, developmental, or other medical conditions.
Consult a qualified pediatric healthcare professional before using any babywearing product if you have questions concerning your child's health, development, breathing, positioning, or ability to be carried.
